A 30~60 plasticizer was added to the soft PVC100, and it was found that the oxygen index of PVC decreased when the plasticizer content increased. For different plasticizers, the decline of the degree of speed is basically the same. and the PVC containing tri-toluene phosphate has the highest oxygen index, which is about 5 higher than the oxygen index of PVC containing phthalic acid dioctyl ester. The study of smoke volume showed that the smoke content of the PVC containing phthalic acid dioctyl ester and P-tolyl phosphate increased with the increase of plasticizer. But the PVC containing the phthalic acid tri-octyl ester and the polyester system plasticizer has the opposite result.
