XF-400 filling Jelly for optical fiber loose tube is specifically designed for optical fiber loose tube at high line speeds. Its best working temperature is room temperature, with the temperature rises, its viscosity will gradually decrease.
XF-400 filling Jelly for optical fiber loose tube is silica free, soft, non-sticky hydrophobic compound. It can remain soft at -50℃,and doesn’t drip at 80℃. It is thixotropic,suitable for cold filling. It can inhibit the growth of mold, very low hydrogen evolution, zero oil separation , with excellent oxidation resistance and long-term stability .
